PRANAYAMA & ALIGNMENT
60 min ZOOM
A rounded-up pranayama (breathing practice) and bandha (internal locks) practice for activation of life force, and enhanced awareness of body, mind, and Soul.
LIQUID PRANA FLOW
Two hours of juicy flow and deep dive into pranayama, banda, mudra, and meditation.
Accurate alignment of body and stillness of mind.
DEEP & SLOW
Two hours of pranayama, bandha, mudra & meditation in a deep & slow mood.
